1. Who we are

FlipbookPDF.com is operated by interwal.net s.r.o., registered in the Czech Republic. We provide an online tool that converts PDF documents into interactive flipbooks.

2. What we collect

• Account data - name, email, hashed password.
• Flipbook content - PDFs you upload, rendered pages, settings (branding, hotspots, share preferences).
• Usage analytics - viewer events (page turns, time on page, click positions) tied to an anonymous session cookie, used to power your analytics dashboard.
• Billing - handled by Stripe. We store only the Stripe customer ID and the last 4 digits of your card.
• Anonymous visitors - identified by a 1-year guest_uuid cookie so unclaimed flipbooks survive between sessions.

3. How we use it

We use your data to operate the service: render flipbooks, send transactional emails (verification, receipts, expiry warnings), and provide opt-in analytics. We never sell personal data.

4. Cookies

guest_uuid identifies anonymous visitors. cookie_consent records your banner choice. Session cookies keep you logged in. With consent, we may load Google Tag Manager for product analytics.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

• Access - request a copy of your data via support email.
• Erasure - delete your account from /profile; this removes flipbooks, settings, and analytics events.
• Portability - export PDFs and analytics from your dashboard.
