1. Acceptance

By using FlipbookPDF.com you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the service.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of the PDFs and assets you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, render, and serve those files for the purpose of providing the flipbook viewer to you and the audiences you share with.

3. Acceptable use

Don't upload content you don't have the rights to. Don't use the service to host illegal, harmful, or infringing material. We may remove offending flipbooks and terminate repeat offenders' accounts.

4. Plans & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal and you'll keep access until the end of the current period. We offer a 14-day refund window on first-time purchases - email support to request.

5. Free tier

Free flipbooks display a "Made with FlipbookPDF.com" watermark and are subject to the limits listed on the pricing page. Anonymous flipbooks are kept for 30 days before being deleted.

6. Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't promise an SLA on free plans. Paid plans get reasonable best-effort response on outages.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; we'll email significant changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
